Annual Meeting: Save the Date

We are excited to announce EdiFi Credit Union’s Annual Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 6pm.

As a valued member, you’re invited to join us for an evening dedicated to reflecting on our progress, sharing updates, and planning for a brighter financial future together. The meeting location will be confirmed soon—stay tuned for further details!

This meeting is an excellent opportunity to:

  • Gain insights into EdiFi’s achievements and challenges over the past year.
  • Hear from our Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and CEO/President about the financial health and vision of your credit union.
  • Ask questions and engage with our leadership team.

Additionally, the election for our Board of Directors will be a key component of the meeting. If you are interested in serving on the Board, we welcome your nomination by petition. To qualify, nominees must submit:

  1. A statement of qualifications and relevant biographical information.
  2. A signed statement indicating your willingness to serve if elected.
  3. A petition with signatures from at least 1% of EdiFi’s membership (approximately 268 signatures).

All completed petitions and related materials must be sent to Kaitlyn Higgins at kaitlyn.higgins@edificu.com no later than February 6, 2024.
