A NEW External Transfer feature will go into effect on September 12, 2024.
This new service is an enhancement to the current service that is located within the Pay Bills section of our Online Banking Portal. This new service will be available exclusively in Online and Mobile Banking.
If you currently have automatic transfers set up between EdiFi and your other Financial Institution(s) within the Pay Bills section of our Online Banking, you will need to delete those before using the new transfer service. Failure to do so will result in duplicate transfers which could negatively impact your accounts.
As of September 12th, the NEW External Transfer service will be available on the main screen in the Transfer section of Online banking as opposed to within the Pay Bills section.
When setting up the new transfers, depending on your other Financial Institution, the set up may be instant or require a trial deposit verification.
The NEW External Transfer is an enhancement that provides a greater ease of access and functionality.
